Baan Yoga Phuket offers Hatha & Vinyasa yoga classes. The session combines a variety of yoga postures including Sun Salutation sequences.

The students will also get to learn breathing techniques and exercises. A practice that links breath and movement, you will enjoy the creative sequence of postures to build endurance, flexibility, strength, balance and ending with relaxation.

Our open-level class offers modifications for the beginners and more challenging options for the experienced practitioners.
